Our coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans, ethically sourced from family-owned farms. Each batch is carefully hand-roasted and bagged to ensure quality and flavor. We handpick every perfectly ripe Arabica bean during the harvest season to guarantee the best possible taste.

This coffee comes from an organization called CENFROCAFE, which represents 80 smaller cooperatives and over 2000 organic producers in the northern region of Peru. These farms are small, remote, and very high altitude in the foothills of the Andes mountains. CENFROCAFE does important work grading and building lots, marketing the coffees, and getting premiums for their producers they wouldn’t have access to as smaller operations.
The coffees grown in this area tend to be very balanced, with sweet notes of caramel, chocolate and roasted nuts.

This blend is all about the roast! Stretching the roast out builds layers of vanilla, bourbon, and smokiness over a dark caramelized sugar base. Roasting this way results in big flavors and a coffee that has more caffeine by weight vs lighter roasts
