What do I need to setup my account?

In order to setup your account, you'll need your email address and a working phone number.

How do I order an item?

We've revamped the ordering process to give you the power of personalization, ensuring your drink is crafted exactly to your preferences with our new customization options.

You can now schedule your order pickup to suit your convenience. Please remember to check your pickup time after placing your order, as it may vary due to our stores adjusting operations based on business needs.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, call the phone number located at the bottom of your Order Confirmation screen.

Are tips accepted?

Yes! You can always add a tip to your orders and it will be appreciated by the team!

How do I order?

We've revamped our ordering process to give you the ultimate customization for your beverages. Want extra shots or control over sweetness? It's all in your hands now!

  • 1. Select Your Favorite:

    Pick the drink or item you'd like to order.

  • 2. Make It Yours:

    Change the quantity or customize to your heart's content.

  • Tip: When customizing temperature with the TEMP modifier, feel free to bypass the pop-up that appears after selecting 'iced' or 'hot.' Simply click "Save" to proceed.

  • 4. Add to cart

    Press "Add to Cart" to save your customizations.

Keep in Mind: Once you've confirmed your order for preparation, no more changes can be made. If you need a hand or have questions, the store team is ready to assist you.

How do I know when to pick-up my order?

  • 1. Choose a location:

    When you order through our app, you'll first pick a location and set a time for pick-up. This info stays at the top of your screen as you order.

  • 2. Check Out:

    Add your items to the cart and head to checkout. You'll see the pick-up time and place again.

  • 3. Order Confirmation:

    After placing your order, a confirmation screen will show your pick-up details.

  • Note: Double-check the time and date. Orders can be set for the next day if made near closing time or in busy hours. For any questions or to adjust your pick-up time, please contact the store directly.

How can I make sure my order is ready when I arrive?

How do I know my order is ready?

  • Confirm your pickup time before heading out. See above for how to check.
  • Heads up: During peak times, we might stop taking new orders, which could delay the next available pickup to the following day.
  • Double-check that the pickup time works for you, especially if you're ordering in busy hours or close to closing time, to prevent any confusion.

How to re-order an item?

You have two convenient options for re-ordering: either directly from our homepage or within your personal profile.

  • 1. From Homepage

    Scroll down to see Past Orders. Click the yellow icon located at the top right of the order item.

  • 2. From Menu → Order History

    Click the Profile button at the top right of the screen in the Mobile Web app or the bottom right of the screen in the Mobile Native app.

    Click the yellow button called "Reorder" to order an item again.

Rewards FAQ

What is La La Land Rewards?

La La Land rewards is our brand new loyalty program. Register online, make a purchase, collect Hearts and get rewarded. For every $1 you spend with us, you get 5 Hearts. You reach our first exclusive tier by collecting 2500 Hearts.

How do I join La La Land Rewards?

Starting October 7, 2024, you can join La La’s Loyalty Program by creating an account and placing your first order through the app, or by scanning to pay or for loyalty in person. Simply download the La La Land App directly from the App Store and register. You can also sign up online through our website.

I am an existing app user, how can I start earning Hearts on my purchases?

Starting October 7, 2024, you are automatically transitioned to the new program and will begin accumulating hearts from the program’s start date. Just place an order on 10/7/24, and you’ll start automatically receiving your hearts to start earning those rewards.

How do I earn a Heart?

Earning Hearts is easy when you order through our app. For every dollar you spend, you'll earn 5 Hearts! As you accumulate Hearts, you'll unlock rewards. Simply order through the app, scan your code in the mobile app, or ask our barista to look up your account in person.

Are there any purchases that don’t earn hearts?

Most of your buys will earn hearts into your account, except for taxes, loading up gift card fees, delivery fees for third-party orders, and third-party delivery orders.

Only one reward can be redeemed per order, and rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

How do I check my Hearts?

You can check your Hearts earned through your account online or via the La La Land App. The Hearts tracker on the homepage will only display the total full Hearts accumulated by the member. Simply log in to La La Land’s website or app with your credentials, then navigate to the Rewards section in your profile.

Do Hearts expire?

You won’t lose your Hearts. Hearts keep stacking up, they never reset.We will continue to upgrade our loyalty program so stay tune for any updates!

Are my hearts and rewards limited to the location where I earned them?

Not at all! Feel free to use them at any La La Land location that participates

in our rewards program.

When I earn hearts for every purchase, what are the rewards?

Check out the 'Rewards' section in our app for all the exciting options!

How do I redeem my Rewards?

In the app, select your item and apply the rewards credit on it.

In-store, just choose your reward and add it to your order.

Heads up: third-party delivery orders aren't eligible for rewards redemption, so make sure to order directly with us for the full La La Land experience.

I’ve collected 125 Hearts. How do I get my free shot of espresso or matcha?


Once you have collected 125 Hearts, apply the reward in your app order or let your barista know that you would like to redeem your Free Espresso/Matcha Shot Reward.

Can I Redeem a Reward and Earn Hearts in the Same Order?

Yes! You earn hearts on every eligible purchase, so if you redeem a reward and order more items in addition, you will still earn hearts.

How does Scan to Pay vs. Scan for Loyalty work? 

Scan to Pay lets you order in-store, pay, and earn Hearts all in one go! Scan for Loyalty allows you to order in-store, pay physically, and still earn Hearts.

Help! I made a purchase, but my hearts are missing. What do I do?

No worries! Sometimes hearts take a little detour and need up to 24 hours to show up. If they're still not there after 24 hours, email us at help@lunchbox.io and we'll sort it out.

Can I share my hearts with friends?

The hearts you collect are exclusively yours to cherish! While you can

certainly share the delightful goodies you redeem, the hearts themselves are

non-transferable and remain with you.

Why do I have to register to join the program?


Only app members of the La La Land Rewards can earn Hearts and are eligible to redeem special rewards such as free beverages, food items, and birthday treats. App members enjoy a complimentary regular-sized signature drink of their choice (up to an $8 maximum value) exclusively on their birth date.

If I get a refund on my order, will my accumulated hearts from thatpurchase remain in my balance?

Yes, hearts are removed if a refund is given. Hearts will be removed from the

user's profile.

What if my Hearts balance doesn’t look right? Who do I contact?

If the total number of Hearts does not seem to be correct, contact us at: info@lalalandkindcafe.com with the subject “App Rewards Issue” along with your full name, email address, and the location of your order.

What happens to my redeemed rewards on products if I return an itemsuch as a hat or mug?

If you return a merchandise that you purchased using redeemed rewards, please be aware that all sales are final. This means that the rewards used for the purchase will not be reinstated to your account. For any assistance or if you have a defected item, please contact info@lalalandkindcafe.com. We have an exchange policy specifically for defective merchadise.

What happens to my redeemed rewards on products if I return an itemsuch as a hat or mug?

While we don't merge accounts, we can transfer your goodies from one to another. Just say the word to help@lunchbox,io, and we'll make the magic happen.
