Our coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans, ethically sourced from family-owned farms. Each batch is carefully hand-roasted and bagged to ensure quality and flavor. We handpick every perfectly ripe Arabica bean during the harvest season to guarantee the best possible taste.

This coffee comes from 26 indigenous communities in the southern part of the Chiapas region. Each farmer has less than 10 acres, and processes their coffee on their farm before delivering it to the cooperative for grading and blending. This is a certified organic cooperative, and in addition to coffee they process around 80 tons of honey from bees that pollinate their coffee trees and other flowers.
